How Long Should I Wait to Have a Date with a Boy That I Met in the Internet?

This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:

Question: i had been chatting with this guy since last may. we had alreadly talked on the phone, sent each other sms and seen us on the web cam. i want to meet him but he does not want to have this date. should i wait more time? or i just have to forget about him?
Answer: Why can't it just remain just as it is?

Do you have to 'just forget him' because he doesn't want to take things to another stage?

By not 'letting it be what it is,' you might risk losing a 'Friend' - which you are considering 'forgetting about' anyway.

What does this say about You?

I'm not saying that either of you is Right or Wrong, by the way.

Best of luck.
Sash.

Wait about a lifetime.
He's either married or in a relationship already.

You either have to insist on meeting or else forget about him. You can't live in a never-ending cycle of fantasy. Life is too short.

sounds like he has other arrangements.

Maybe he can't get away from his WIFE or GIRLFRIEND for a date.

If I were you I would forget about him.

Surely this is relationships & dating not psychology?

If I were you I'd forget it. I'd be willing to bet he's married!

i have met with a couple of people from the net, always made sure i was safe and was very careful, i didn't always wait too long a month or so. i think that you should find out why he is not keen on having a date with you, maybe he is involved with someone, or just wants some one to chat with not necessarily meet. don't get your hopes up as he may not turn out how you expected.

Looks like this guy is afraid and he just wants a friendly chat, doesn't want anything too serious or he's just been messing with your head. Your willing he's not just forget about him start talking to someone else

forget him, there's a reason he doesn't want to meet you. the previous answer here is that he's either Married or already in a relationship. if you were to meet someone off the Internet, make sure you meet in a "VERRRRRY" public place during a "VERRRRRY" busy time. That's how me and my G/f met.

I agree its time to move on. You have been patient enough and if he really wanted to meet you he would have by now. If you do meet him be very careful I don't know how old you are and would worry if my daughter was meeting someone she had been chatting too over the Internet.

I hope you would take a friend with you and tell your parents where you are going.

Take Care
