There was a film called Hard Candy about a 36 year old man meeting a 14 year old girl which then becomes a nightmare for the bloke, who the girl drugs, ties up and cuts off his balls. She does this because of the fact he preys on kids over the internet and he caught her best friend that way (I think). Is that the film you meant.
