Could I Send a Bunch of Flower to My Teacher on Mother’s Day??

What a great sending flowers question:

Question: My teacher who has been more than 50years old and does not have any children.She is quite kind to me .So could i send a bunch of flower to her as a thankfulness.Is that polite?
If it is ok ,which flower should i send?If i can not go to her flat,how can i give it to her?

She does not my teacher now but she still often gives me some kind suggestions and help.

Answer: This is my opinion on the matter, though i must warn you in advance that not everyone will agree with me. I don;t think that you should give your teacher a gift on mothers day. it has always seemed a bit inappropriate to me to give gifts to anyone other than your own mother on mothers day. having said that, i think that it is incredibly kind of you to want to bring flowers to your teacher. educators are generally not appreciated as much as they should be. i think you should give your teacher flowers, but i think that it doesn't matter which day you give them to her, as long as she knows that you are giving them to her because you respect and admire her. Flowers are fine, but as shes not your mother, or even a mother at all, id avoid mothers day gifts.

Answer: i had trouble when ordering flowers from a shop they showed me a beautiful basket that they would put the flowers in i paid abit of money and when they arrived it was not same basket was quite small and the shop just blamed mothers day for prices my mum still loved the flowers but i never told her the shop had made a mistake .the shop didnt offer anything i just said id never use them again

Question: A Bouquets nicely wrapped or a Bouquets in a vase. I think a vase would be best what do you think? its for out anniversary I would be sending them to her work no idea when the would arrive and shes not so good at arrangments of flowers

it's out silver wedding I am not been a show off. I did not think she was into flowers but she told next door she would love some flowers so she can have some!

we have just spent 10 days in Sorrento Italy
We will to for a meal on the evening if she wants flowers I want help thats all it's not the only thing she is getting.

Then think how chuffed you will be when she loves her flowers and deep down you picked them yourself.

What a great sending flowers question:

Question: Are you entiltled to know who sent them or can the florist withhold this info? UK only.

Answer: My son sent me a beautiful bouquet on Valentine's Day a few years ago. When they arrived there was no name given on the card and the deliverer said they couldn't tell me but for me to ring the florist. She wouldn't tell me as apparently they are supposed to 'withold the info' if requested. The only way round it was me for to guess a few names, and that was they way I found out.
I suppose it could depend on circumstances if they would eventually tell.
